The Alabama Ballroom Dance Team offers several practice sessions a week to allow our members flexibility within a busy work/class schedule.

We understand how busy life can get! While we do not require attendance, we strongly encourage you to be at practice as frequently as possible if you would like to compete, as we budget time for rounds and technique closer to competitions.
